Details of the Division and Team:

The Group Strategic Analytics team delivers analytics and applications that solve quantitative problems for businesses across Deutsche Bank Investment Bank.
The design, specification and implementation are the responsibilities of strat\'s in close partnership with Trading, Sales, Middle Office and Technology groups.

Core team is focused on delivering a highly scalable asset-agnostic risk valuation system framework for business aligned desk strat\'s to resolve trading and regulatory problems.
Solutions to these are all implemented in this in-house strategic platform

Your key responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the core risk platform implementation in the APAC region with focus in the area of Valuation Control (VC) and Independent Price Valuation requirement
  • Work closely with GEM/APAC valuation control function to adopt core risk valuation trading platform in automating front-to-back various VC processes
  • Contribute to global Risk Strat\'s book of work
  • Work closely with other functional Strat\'s to leverage risk platform foundational core functionality and deliver broader Strat\'s book of work
  • Document design decisions, components, and keep the knowledge base
  • Maintain high automation of solutions Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Ensure design and implementation are future-friendly, by executing best practices and technology rules
Your skills and experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with relevant pricing and risk management skills within an investment bank/financial institute focusing on products such as FX, Rates and Credit
  • Proven hands-on experience programming in Python
  • Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math or Financial Engineering
  • Experience in C++
  • Hands-on programming / scripting experience in C++ and SQL and usage of Numpy and Pandas libraries
  • Strong communication skills allowing for direct communication with trading desks and support functions globally, both written and verbally
  • Highly motivated with a keen willingness to learn, take on new challenges and deliver complete solution to production usage
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply
