Job SummaryRACE Academy, which is part of the PBA group ([ Link removed ] deals with industrial solutions on automation and robotics. We train adults in the area of robotics and automation.We also expand our Industry 4.0, robotics and automation know-how to our young learners called the RACE Juniors as we believe in starting them early. In our RACE Junior programme, we cover coding and robotics for the young learners (Primary and Secondary levels), with activities that are safe for them. As we are from the Engineering sector, the activities that we designed are truly STEM related.In the coding and robotics learning journey that our RACE Juniors embark on, they will also be empowered to follow some of these traits of an Industry 4.0 leader.Job Responsibilities1. Facilitate coding and robotics classes for young learners ages 9 to 16 years old2. Follow RACE Academy's framework for class facilitation3. Facilitate both online synchronous learning and offline face-to-face classroom learning in line with RACE Academy's lesson plans4. Assist in classroom and freelance trainer scheduling as well as resource planning.5. Deliver lesson content and coursework to young learners in line with RACE Academy's lesson plans6. Monitor and track the progress of the young learners7. Provide ongoing support to young learners8. Provide regular feedback to parents on the progress of the young learners9. Relate real-world applications to the lessons covered for the young learners10. Ensure equipment and other hardware is not damaged and accounted for after each offline face-to-face classroom learning.People Requirements1. Diploma or higher in Engineering/ Science/ Computing or Technology/ STEM fields2. Current tertiary students in Engineering/ Science/ Computing or Technology/ STEM fields who have the required competencies may apply3. Prior experience in education a plus; candidate should have an interest in robotics and coding4. Good verbal and written communication skills, proactive with good working attitudes5. Passionate about connecting with young learners6. Able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment7. Able to follow instructions given by course developers from RACE Academy8. Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of Scratch, Micro: bit, MIT App Inventor, Python, LEGO Inventor and Arduino
• Knowledge of Java, C/C++ a plus
• Knowledge of mechanism design a plus
