Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment and supplies are prepared prior to procedure
- Explain to patients regarding the imaging procedures and offer them support, reassurance during the scan
- Presenting a professional image and deliver top-quality customer service at all times
- Able to handle difficult situations like patients satisfaction issues within diagnostics centers
- Ensure efficient patient turnaround time per examination
- Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Medical Imaging / Radiography or equivalent
- Able to do X-rays, Mammogram and sonography.
- Service-oriented with good listening and communication skills
- Team player
- Attention to details
- 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday; Saturday half day)
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
