Job Description
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather. Basic knowledge of railway safety rules and procedures. Ability to couple and uncouple rail vehicles safely. Good communication skills to coordinate with train drivers and signal staff. Alertness and attention to detail to ensure correct train formation. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and nights. Prior experience in rail operations is an advantage (but not always required). * Must follow safety regulations strictly to avoid accidents.
