We also proudly hold FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP certifications.The R&D Assistant is responsible for the implementation of R&D procedures in consideration of food safety and quality.

• Analyzes and evaluates existing and sample raw materials to come up with alternative and/or cheaper materials without sacrificing the overall quality of the product;
• Conducts and leads sensory evaluation with panelists as part of the end product evaluation from raw material and/or process change to ensure standard quality and food safety is met for every change;
• Provides advice on feasible solutions for product quality problems encountered during production operations and to expedite and simplify the production process to be fit for large scale production;

• Maintains the safekeeping of all R&D documentation and records to secure the confidentiality of company trade secrets;
• Provides inputs for all R&D policies and guidelines; assists in the development, implementation and utilization of all R&D Documentation to ensure that necessary documents are readily available;
• Assists in the development, implementation and utilization of all R&D Documentation;
• Coordinates and participates to all plant trials to ensure the successful transition of small scale recipes to larger batch production;
• Reports food safety incidences and other concerns to superiors to allow for proper and immediate resolution;
• Performs job related duties as maybe assigned by the immediate supervisor.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology;
• With at least 1 year of working experience as R&D Assistant;
• Willing to work in Merville, Paranaque City.
