• Coordinating RAMS & System Assurance activities
• Management of Consultants
• Producing RAMS studies and related Engineering Reports
• Participating in RAMS discussion and meetings with customer in projects
• Acting as the contact person from time to time, both internally and externally, e.g. towards local and regional customers and stakeholders. This involves clarification and coordination with other specialist areas, organizational units and customers as required
• As part of the System Assurance team, to support and be involved in all the strategic initiatives of the of the team when required
• Supporting the bid phase of projects in Singapore together with the team

Your Qualifications And Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Digital And Solid

• Minimally bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, preferably in electrical / electronic/ mechanical/ computer engineering with railways specific specialization
• Between 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in RAMS/ System Assurance and working on Rail Projects in Singapore and South East Asian region
• Knowledge on CENELEC standards for RAMS EN50126, EN50129, EN50128, EN50159.
• Experience on CBTC, PSD or Traction power system projects along with requirements management, traceability and validation will be an advantage
• Able to demonstrate hands on experience in Hazards Management and identification, Safety Functions/SIL and THR ratings along with performing RAMS studies like RBD, FMEA, FMECA, FTAs, FRACAS
• Hands on experience in management and identification of applications conditions and its impact in the safety and operation of systems along with any other Rail Systems specializations such as system testing, system design, system integration & interface, EMC or equivalent
• The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who prioritizes customer needs while meeting project KPIs, exhibits excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive attitude, and is a meticulous team player dedicated to quality work and continuous improvement.
