MISSION:

The mission of this position is to ensure optimal materials availability for the Sampling Lab to improve work efficiency and productivity

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS: * Responsible for the replenishment of the following workstations:

• Pianos
• Fridge
• Oven
• Arrange and maintain the house-keeping of the Lab Warehouse area:

• Arranging into respective location
• Re-bottling of raw materials into smaller packaging
• Maintain the raw materials in lab

• Overseeing the expiry dates
• Discarding the expired raw materials
• Ordering the raw materials needed from Loyang factory and follow up the quality approval from perfumers.

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE \'N\' or \'O\' level
• At least 1 year working experience in Warehouse environment
• SAP (Production module) & PINS (Production systems).
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficency in English language
