Job Summary:

• Working location: West Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30 p.m.)
• Salary range: up to SGD 6500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB
• Company transport provided

Company background

Our client is a food manufacturing company which specialized in dairy, confectionary products and provides customization based on the requirements with certification and licenses, i.e, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, SFA (Grade A), Halal Certificate, Biz-safe level 3 and Statutory member of Singapore Business Federation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop new recipes for dairy & confectionary products and reformulate taste profiles through experimentation
• Formulate product refinements based on sensory testing and consumer data
• Propose alternative ingredients and food preparation processes to meet mass production and compliance needs
• Plan, manage and run panel sessions and sensory tests on experimental and new food products
• Assist in data consolidation for new product specifications
• Establish product specifications and documentation
• Review methods to improve quality of products
• Troubleshoot new or modified production processes to resolve production, quality and regulatory compliance issues
• Suggest modifications to new food production processes
• Refine recipe formulation for mass production purposes and compliance to regulatory and other requirements
• Propose recommendations in the design of new manufacturing processes or modify existing equipment or processes
• Support request by preparing samples for Singapore and overseas customers
• Verify product formulations and other information for constructing product profiles
• Work closely with R&D team
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Management and direct reporting
