**Ideally able to commit to at least a 3 months attachment**
\xc2\xb7 To assist in performing new product development from ingredient sourcing, laboratory and kitchen trials to commercialization, focusing especially in sauces.
\xc2\xb7 To support in conducting sensory evaluation and approval of new and/or alternative raw materials.
\xc2\xb7 To conceptualize new and innovative products.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all product creation complies with customer, government and legal regulatory requirements within the country of use.
\xc2\xb7 To support in developing innovative solutions to help grow and value-add to customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements, ensuring that any solutions provided are within the stipulated cost parameters and manufacturing capability.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Candidate should ideally be pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Biotechnology or related courses.
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous and well-organized, able to work independently
\xc2\xb7 Willingness to learn and a team player
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office
\xc2\xb7 Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment
