The Opportunity

Job Scope

Conduct lab analysis and lab operations
Responsible for instrument preparation, maintenance and general lab housekeeping
Assist supervisor to set up new analysis method following quality control procedure
Prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed
Capture and report data with technical and accuracy
Work in the safe manner in lab and surrounding areas and operation of equipment

Requirements

Minimum ITE or Diploma in food science, chemistry, biochemistry or others relevant courses.
Candidates without relevant experience are or with extended R&D lab working experiences are welcome to apply.
Applying technical understanding of equipment and ingredients to support pilot plant or lab operations.
Record and report data and activity outcomes
Lab equipment operation and maintenance experience will be added advantage
Work as team player
