R&d Operations Senior Associate Project And Capacity Manager

Job Description
- Support R&D Operations Regional Compliance & Capacity Manager in the leadership of projects within infant and child nutrition portfolio
- Use systems to track and report resource management.
- Support the building and execution of the annual compliance planning process
- Identify, highlight, track and manage risks to support the protection of the business
- Maintain relevant data for the organisation using tracking tools employed by the business
- Support and lead the preparation of project and business updates
- Support the Regional Compliance & Capacity Manager in the preparation of business cases to ensure successful execution of initiatives across the team
- Act as key contact for cross functional partners, holding people accountable for commitments associated with project delivery
- Track budgets and milestones, highlight issues promptly to ensure effective project delivery
- Provide input as needed to other functions e.g. packaging and regulatory to support projects
- Develop suitable links with suppliers and other experts to drive forward projects
- Be aware of and utilise functional best practice both within and external to RB
- Oversee and maintain team compliance with RB working practices e.g. change management
- Scientific background preferred (Food/Nutritional Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other relevant science)
- Minimum 3-5 years\' experience with a proven track record of delivery preferably within an FMCG environment
