The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:The role is aimed to support the Raw Materials Team in Ferrero Singapore Innovation Center and steer the local Research & Development Raw Materials initiatives and projects across Asia-Pacific, China, and India, fostering a symbiotic relationship with the central R&D Raw Materials Department.Main Responsibilities:Scout, identify and establish relationships with potential new suppliers of local raw materials, thereby gaining an in-depth understanding of the key raw materialsCultivate influential partnerships with Universities and R&D Centres to ignite innovation in the raw materials domainActively participate in Asian Conferences, and manage local collaborationsPioneer the exploration and establishment of robust relationships with prospective new suppliers of local raw materials, thereby cultivating a comprehensive understanding of the emerging raw material supply chainManage the execution of Research & Development projects with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)Coordinate all laboratory activities (including external lab analysis requests) and provide comprehensive support and expert guidance to the local lab team on nutritional properties and food law for new local raw materialsMaintain consistent and structured communication with the Central R&D Raw Materials Department in ItalyAssist in administrative work related to audits for health and safety, raw material documentation and internal processesContribute to the reporting and presentations preparations for the management reviewWho we are looking for:University degree in Food Science and Technology or related disciplines is essentialProficiency in Analytical Chemistry and familiarity with standard analytical methodologies is preferredRelevant professional experience in similar rolesProfessional curiosity and eagerness to explore new materials and ideasExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong cross-functional interaction skillsHigh level of responsibility and drive to resultAgility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with an aptitude for multi-taskingGood project management skills and problem solving attitudeFor the personal safety: physical ability to handle, carry, move packages and boxes at a regular basis is requiredMS Office proficiencyFluency in English, written and spoken; any other Asian language is considered a plusHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
