Join us to Play, Grow and Win - together.ABOUT THE POSITIONWe are seeking a R&D Solution Architect to oversee a portfolio of projects in R&D space across different Virtuos studios. This is an ambitious role with considerable technical challenges.We are seeking a candidate with technical background, innovative mind & excellent communication skills ideally from game AAA or AI/large tech environment.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities

• Ensure architectural & technical guidance in areas of software engineering across multiple studios and disciplines

• Provide technical leadership to all teams involved in overseen projects, bringing best practices and proactively highlighting inefficiencies

• Be a key leader/contributor to the development team and responsible for identifying and resolving issues across studios

• Develop trust and secure buy-in from multiple teams from the development team and the internal/external partners

• Oversee milestone deliverables in coordination with team leads and management, across multiple locations.

• Ensuring Security By Design approach in all solutions and applications

• Continuously assess technical risk and challenge status quo

• Ensure excellent communication, positive working relationships and teamwork across all studios within the development team and across disciplines.

• Track advancement of technology relevant to R&D projects, propose long-term innovation

• In-depth understanding of current trends & solutions in on-premise, hybrid, cloud development relevant to AI (ML/DL) & game dev. AWS Experience and AWS Solution Architecture Professional Certificate is a plus

• Successful track record of release of AA/AAA games or technical projects of similar scale

• Understanding of complexities of software delivery at scale and relevant security principles

• Highly responsible, self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to a creative environment.

• Outstanding organization, communication and exceptional management skills/leadership.

• Working knowledge of SCRUM and Agile practices.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively within a large project across multiple locations.

• Knowledge of technical issues in software development (ideally in games), previous experience and/or interest in driving AI (ML/DL) development

• Strong interpersonal skills, utilizing both oral and written communication.

• Proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to support the team and project.

• Strong leadership skills, able to drive various parties (e.g. Development, Art, ML/DL, Game teams) through the whole development process.

• Fluent English language skills.
