In the role of RE Service Manager, you will be creating these experiences. FM integrates the delivery at the location through a highly collaborative environment and acts as the primary local focal point to senior leaders of the respective businesses. Clearly, this role will demand close cooperation with the other Shell functions who support people's productivity & wellbeing, whilst also ensuring learnings taken from the external market. You are responsible to support RE Facilities Manager Shell Bukom, dispersed via several suppliers (soft services, food services, landscaping, grass cutting, cleaning, logistic coordination & etc.). These experiences will be performed via hundreds of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contractors. This position will be reporting to RE Facilities Manager Shell Bukom. What we need from you Soft Skill As an RE Facility Services Manager for Shell Bukom, empathy is important as your main role involves managing good relations and understand the business leader needs. As a member of the Real Estate Facilities Management (Singapore & Malaysia) organization, you uphold strong leadership skills. Other soft skills required from you include the following:

Hard Skill
  • Have strong HSSE leadership and can demonstrate a track record of Goal Zero – no harm no leaks. Site to be 100% compliance to Shell HSSE framework, Country regulatory & execution per project and routine.
  • Deliver services in line with RE ethics and best practices to the stakeholders by leading the service provider FM team to deliver a “Great Place to Work” environment.
  • Have proven track record in delivery of site level RE operations, leading multi discipline teams in challenging environments
  • Have proven track record in business partnering, strong stakeholder relationships and management with ability to influence business stakeholders at respective sites.
  • Manage full range of contracts for Soft services of Facilities Management like housekeeping, landscape, Pantry services, Event management, pest control, laundry, food services, management, and preparation of meeting rooms peripherals such as TV, AV equipment etc., transport and general waste management.
  • Provide annual business plans and performance management including workplace HSE Plan, space planning, soft services, budgeting, contract management, business controls, transport services (buses), fleet management (in-house vehicles), security services and performance reporting.
  • Manage and provide steer to contractor teams of the service providers, including goal setting, performance measurement / reviews and compliance.
  • Implement service quality tracking and set service standard benchmarks for the team to deliver. This includes quality assurance checks across at the site.
  • Liaise with other teams & service providers to develop management plans and provide right services. Develop in-house soft FM capabilities.
  • Be a champion of sustainability initiatives at site.
  • Support facilities sustainability initiatives, e.g. ECO office, green mark, Earth Day etc. at the site.
  • Support & deliver any other FM responsibilities as per site requirements.
