Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and teach classes in accordance with Julia Gabriel Centre\xe2\x80\x99s methodology and Reading & Writing programme requirements
• Provide high quality, interactive and engaging literacy lessons
• Adopt positive guidance techniques and strategies at all times
• Communicate with parents and provide constructive feedback in line with the programmes\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
• Attend in-house training sessions provided for curriculum related matters and professional development
• Support curriculum work, research, talks, workshops as required during non- teaching hours (full time teachers only)

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Teaching, Education, English, English Literature/ Linguistics or NIE teacher qualifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in teaching preschool level and/or primary levels preferred.
• Fresh English graduates with internship experience will be considered
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, creative, good team player
• Good communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills
• Enjoy working with children from ages 3 to 6 years old
• Able to work one of the weekends
