Requirements:

  • Interest in real estate!
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multitasking
  • Have your own laptop or desktop
  • Have access to the internet in your home
  • Have a gmail email
  • Have a smartphone and use whatsapp
  • Be able to research and Google answers
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills and a sales background is a plus
  • Familiar with updating relevant spreadsheets and documents
  • Experience in residential real estate
  • Experience with cold contacting
  • We’ll train you if you do not have certain preferred skills!
A day on the job:
  • Assist our acquisitions team in sourcing beautiful homes
  • Make initial contact with the property owners of existing short-term rentals to see if they’d be open to selling their home to add to Wander’s short-term rental portfolio.
  • Communicate with owners and any other necessary parties
  • Identify target markets that fit our portfolio and key metrics (if you’re not familiar how you’ll learn on the job)
  • Respond to messages from the acquisitions team
