Job Qualification: Male or Female at least 18 years old.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or at least Second Year.
College Level equivalent to 120 Units.
Preferably with Sales Experience from Banks, Insurance, Automobile and or Real Estate.
With Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills.
Possesses a Strong Corporate Image and has a good set of network with the Mid-Range Market Segment.
Results-Oriented and a Team Player.
Willing to work in a Mid-Range Condominium Project situated in Cebu City. of the Property Consultant:
The Property Specialist agrees to exclusively sell and market UniPlace Cebu project. only, and shall in no instance offer to sell or market projects of other property developers.
Reporting to a Unit Manager who shall supervise his/her activities, As Property Specialist he/she must do his/her very best to aggressively market and sell the residential and parking units of UniPlace Cebu to as many prospective buyers as possible both in the Philippines and overseas.
As Property Specialist he/she is expected to follow all of the Company's Policies, Rules and Regulations.
Responsible with the speedy submission of complete documents required by PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation and/or the financing institution for each sale.
He/She shall actively participate in saturation drives, mall exhibits, open houses, and other sales activities that may be programmed by PPHC in addition to his/her own selling efforts.
Willing to undergo any required sales training, orientation and updates by PPHC on all its Projects, and to ensure that he/she gains mastery of all info given during these training sessions.
Diligently prepare and submit to his/her Unit Manager his/her Daily Itinerary,
Weekly Sales and Inquiry Reports, and a weekly list of prospective buyers generated from exhibits, saturation drives, and any other report that may be required.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From Php12,000.00 per monthSchedule:
