Real Estate Data Researcher
Job Description
We're looking to hire a skilled data-researcher to help us research property owners across the United States. The work includes:?Using government data to find ownership information around certain businesses
?Using open data sources to find business ownership information and track down addresses for commercial owners
?Taking detailed notes about your findingsTo start, candidates will follow a defined process with detailed and clear instructions that include a Q&A section. A sample data set will be provided in order to set clear expectation for both sides.Great candidates will have a strong attention to detail and make minimal mistakes after learning the process. At times where it's unclear what to do, we will rely on you to make good judgement calls and take detailed notes. You might be the right person if you* Love researching and finding 'the right answer'
* Are comfortable using existing tools in novel ways to validate data
* Are a data super sleuth and sometimes find surprising information that others couldn't findCandidates who consistently perform will enjoy consistent 40 hour work weeks in a long-term position within our company.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
