Job Purpose and Impact

The Real Estate Development Project Lead, as a strategic partner to the Business, will independently oversee and handle the real estate portfolio and transaction process. In this role, you will provide strategic vision and review of the portfolio, including identifying and evaluating opportunities, applying critical domain expertise to support business goals, optimizing real estate portfolio, decreasing risks and enabling better outcomes across all asset types. Key Accountabilities

Provide expert thought leadership to identify and resolve obstacles to completing real estate portfolio and transaction on time and to budget.
Partner with business leadership, internal and external stakeholders to develop and deploy real estate strategy.
Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
Monitor and report on the status of projects including real estate transaction management, site selection, negotiation and contractual documentation.
Independently organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in real estate, facilities management, finance or economics
Minimum six years corporate real estate experience

Networking skills to enhance relationship with business leaders and stakeholders, and collaboration across all levels of the organization
Customer-driven mindset and commercial acumen in managing financial data and capturing value
Process and project management skills, keen attention to details. Drives projects and tasks to successful completion and closure
Strong data management discipline, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, influencing and storytelling skills
Fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin will be advantageous
International and domestic travel up to 20-30%
