Real Estate Executive ($3500 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- Lead and manage contractors including outsourced staff, manage, supervise, co-ordinate, monitor on the day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Recommend upgrading and additional preventive maintenance to the buildings, machineries and equipment.
- Supervise re-instatement works and tenants\' renovation/fitting-out works including their service-request.
- Assist to manage fire and workplace safety.
- Recommend to the GM for improvement of SOPs for all activities.
- Submit daily or weekly reports according to the schedule time frames.
- Assist the GM in the leasing of the Company\'s properties.
- Supervise and guide all supporting staff.
- Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Real Estate/ Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Computer literate. User knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
