The Real Estate & Services (RES) team is responsible for managing Munich Re's corporate real estate portfolio and related services. We are seeking an intern for the period of December 2025 to May 2026.
You will gain hands-on experience in workflow automation and business intelligence, work on real-world projects that enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making, and collaborate across departments to present insights that drive meaningful business outcomes.
Your Role

• Design build and maintain workflows using Power Automate to streamline routine business processes
• Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for management and operational use
• Design, develop, building and maintain our Sharepoint site for various stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data workflow requirements, translating them into efficient digital solutions
• Ensure data integrity and perform testing / troubleshooting of automation and dashboards
• Document automation processes, dashboards, and data sources clearly for future reference
• Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements as assigned

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Analytics or related fields
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI
• Familiarity with Excel (ability to perform advanced functions), SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
