Job Scope:\xc2\xb7 Daily frontline operationso reception \xe2\x80\x93 attending to public enquiries and public collecting documents such as result of search of marriage records and extract copy of certificate, registering couples for solemnisation, assisting public to submit applications eKiosko counter \xe2\x80\x93 preparing couples for VDSD interview session with Kadi, assist public for ROMM services such as applications for marriage, letter of recommendation (LOR), revocation of divorce, change solemnisation details\xc2\xb7 Administrative supporto processing, preparing and issuing acknowledgement letters for cancellation of marriage applicationso screening of applicants for matters such as past marriage recordso processing applications for old marriage records and extract copy of the records by searching hard copy registers at ROMM or reviewing microfilms at for old marriage records which are not in the systemo ensuring completion of attendance of ad hoc Kadi/Naib Kadi providing coverage of dutiesassigning of cases such as marriage applications to ROMM KadiWorking Arrangement:Location: May be deployed to either locations to assist manpower needs (Dhoby Ghaut/Bukit Merah)Working Hours:Bukit MerahMon \xe2\x80\x93 Thurs8.00am to 5.30pmFri8.00am to 5.00pmORDhoby GhautMon \xe2\x80\x93 Thurs8.00am to 5.30pmFri8.00am to 5.00pmSat8.00am to 12.00pm (On roster)Contract Duration: 3 Months (extendable subjected to performance)Job Requirements:
