Manage front-desk reception duties, including greeting customers and assisting with inquiries
Handle bookings and schedule customer appointments
Support sales, marketing, and general administrative tasks
Maintain customer records and ensure smooth daily operations
Assist in shop upkeep and coordination with management
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Minimum education:
SEC 4 with a pass in 'O' Level English
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Responsible, reliable, and a strong team player
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
WP/ SP Quota available
