Receptionist/Front of House at Physiotherapy Clinic - Join Our Team!
We are looking for a friendly and organized
Clinic Receptionist
to join our fast-paced physiotherapy & osteopathy clinic. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Warmly welcoming and assisting patients
Scheduling and updating patient appointments
Managing phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
Addressing patient inquiries and handling complaints with care
Processing payments and issuing receipts
Tracking daily sales and closing end-of-day settlements
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the clinic
Assisting patients with referrals and insurance letters
Compiling and organizing monthly transaction summaries
Supporting therapists with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as front of house/receptionist/administrator required.
Knowledge of office management procedures
Proficient in English (written and oral)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure (e.g., handling difficult questions or challenging patient interactions)
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Full time hours (average 40 hours / week).
Working hours are shift based - weekdays are 8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm and alternating Saturdays 9am-6pm.
