DB Golf Center is looking for a receptionist at the following terms and conditions: a) Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about services b) Handle bookings and payments c) Handle customer concerns d) Maintain system customer database accurately e) Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying and filing f) Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management g) Keep a safe and clean office/reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. h) Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. i) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. j) Carry out of his duties to the best of his abilities and knowledge and work such hours that are reasonably necessary to perform the Employee's duties. k) Use all reasonable efforts to promote the interests of the Company and comply with all the policies of the Company in place or as varies from time to time. Required to work on weekends. Higher entry salary for candidates who are proficient in photo and video editing for social media posts. Added value if the candidate has knowledge in golf.
