• Monthly team meetings
• ISO/HSE (Biz Safe) compliance
• Emergency / Fire Warden / First Aid
• Stationary and office supplies
• Meetings, visitors and guests
• Arrange internal team events
• Office facilities, repairs and maintenance
• Main reception phone/desk/mail/courier
• Office invoicing, bills, etc
• Leave cover for Infra/NR Personal Assistant
• Ad-hoc support work as and when required

• Experience working in a similar role for an international company highly preferred
• Excellent/fluent English communication skills in both written and verbal
• Advanced skills in the full Microsoft suite of applications including Outlook (emails and calendar), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload is essential
• Individuals who are self motivated, result driven, pro active, adaptable and enjoy working in a team environment
• Highly organized, and strong initiative with a passion for challenges
