Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier
Booking of meeting rooms
- Attend to visitors- serve drinks
Monitor all stationeries and pantry stocks
Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc.
tracking of submission status under e-Corenet system
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork
Proficient in MS Office
Able to start work with short notice/immediately
