Working Hours



Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break Fridays: 8:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements



At least a GCE N or O Level certification At least 1 year work experience in school environment At least 2 years work experience as Customer Service/ Receptionist/ Front Counter Computing Skills: Computer skills [MS Word, Excel, Emails]

Key Responsibilities



Attend to telephone calls, emails, front desk reception walk-in enquiries (vendors, parents, students, general public) and receipt of deliveries. Support teaching and administrative staff by providing information to students and parents. To be present during curriculum days with the exception of occasional leave-taking (subject to approval). Facilitate communication within the school by ensuring necessary information is properly transmitted. Attend to minor student injuries/ accidents and maintain the student injuries/ accidents records file. Assist with administrative duties e.g. filing, data entries, student attendance update, collection of forms. Perform daily upkeeping of counter cleanliness and keep the area neat and tidy. Help contact parents, students, teachers and vendors. Assist with school programmes/ initiatives e.g. P1 Registration Exercise, P1 Orientation Day, Temperature Taking Exercise etc. * Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the school.
