Job Description


:

  • Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work, printing of worksheets and managing correspondences to stakeholders.
  • Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Handle walk-in customer service.
  • Administer basic first aid and care for sick students.
  • Perform printing jobs (for worksheets, booklets, letters, etc)
Working Arrangement:Location: YishunWorking Hours:Work pattern:(i.e. working hours or number of hours worked per day/week/month or volume of work)Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:- Mondays to Thursdays: 6.45am \xe2\x80\x93 3.45pm- Fridays: 6.45am \xe2\x80\x93 3.15pm(including 30mins lunch break)Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidaysContract Duration: June 24 to Nov 24Salary: $2500/MonthJob Requirements:- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.- Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.- Ability to multitask with good time management.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
