Working Hours
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Fridays: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Note:Tentative working hours, subject to change based on school needs and discussion with selected candidate.
No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services
Receptionist Duties
Manage the General Office counter, attend to phone calls and walk-in enquiries from students, staff, and stakeholders.
Attend to students who are unwell or injured in the sick bay.
Record the attendance of late-coming students.
Collate Financial Assistance Application forms during school holidays, verify documents, update staff mailbox and Organisation Chart.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, collation of statistics, and report preparation when required.
Provide manpower support for ad-hoc school activities and events (e.g., refreshment arrangements, photo-taking days, award ceremonies, NRIC registration).
Perform other duties as assigned by school leaders and the administration manager.
Printing Operator Duties
Process printing requests submitted by staff, ensuring completion within three (3) working days (excluding request day).
Monitor and replenish consumables for the operation of printing machines.
Perform regular checks to ensure printing machines are operational and meet the school's needs.
Update job status and tabulate monthly printing statistics.
Perform scanning, laminating, binding, and finishing operations.
Safeguard all official information through a signed undertaking.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum PSLE or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in receptionist duties or working in a school environment.
Able to speak and read simple English.
Proficient in operating photocopying machines and basic PC applications (email, Excel spreadsheets).
Physically fit, meticulous, independent, efficient, and proactive.
Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $1,533.32 - $3,000.00 per month
