We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant who is fluent in both English and Chinese. This role requires handling front desk reception, providing administrative support, and assisting in daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and phone inquiries in a professional manner.
Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with clients and colleagues.
Manage scheduling, appointments, and office documentation.
Assist with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
Support management with clerical duties as needed.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) - required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Prior receptionist, assistant, or customer service experience is a plus.
Compensation & Schedule:
Part time: $12-$16 SGD per hour (based on experience).
Full time: $2500 - $3000 SGD Monthly
Flexible hours; some weekend availability may be required.
