Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily incoming emails
  • Answering calls and customer enquiries
  • Assists and provide general day to day administrative support to Business Development Team including mining leads
  • Handling of letters and courier services for Business Development marketing / advert purpose
  • Assists to Business Development Team on social media management
  • General office Handle and manage on the purchase of office supplies such as stationaries, toners and cartridges, copier papers, printed papers, water supplies, business cards and pantry items are at sufficient stock level at all times.
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proactive and positive working attitude
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
