Greet visitors & clients; manage incoming calls, mail & courier deliveries Maintain clean, professional reception area; manage meeting room bookings Assist with admin tasks: filing, scanning, office & pantry supplies. Check Engineers' transport claims, etc Coordinate with site teams & contractors for deliveries * Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
