Job Description






Reception Duties:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls and inquiries from the public, parents, students, and staff.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to queries and direct calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Attend to the day-to-day needs of students, offering support and assistance as required.
Finance Duties:
  • Verify and meticulously follow up on the delivery and proper submission of supporting documents for payments.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure timely endorsement of payment requests.
  • Assist in the collation of students\' Edusave withdrawal forms, facilitating accurate data entry for processing by the Customer Service Officer (CSO) or Administration Executive (AE).
  • Compile records of Edusave and cash collections by programs and classes for payment purposes
General Duties:
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring an adequate stock of essential forms and materials.
  • Assist in the collection, collation, and organization of data and surveys.
  • Compile statistical information as required by management
Administration Duties:
  • Maintain and update student data records accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist in the processing of forms for the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) efficiently and in compliance with established guidelines.
Others Duties:
  • Provide support during special events organized by the school, such as School\'s Achievers\' Day, as needed.
  • Offer ad-hoc administrative assistance to Heads of Departments (HODs) upon request.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal (P), Vice-Principals (VPs), or Assistant Managers (AMs) to contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Requirements
  • Qualification: GCE \'O\' Level Certificate or equivalent
  • Proficient in the following software applications - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in administration and counter service preferably in school environment
  • Proficient in English (Oral and Written)
Working hours
  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm - 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 9.00 am to 6:00 pm - 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Additional info:
  • Contract Period: 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2024
  • With option to extend (Discretion)
  • This is an outsource role
