Job Description

Manage the front desk, attend to visitors and guests, answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments. Responsible for booking meeting rooms and keep it neat and tidy. Handle the supply of office equipment and corporate gifts. Distribute mails and other office admin duties.
Requirements:


GCE O Level and above At least 2 years of

front desk/reception

experience

in an

office building.

Able to work independently and with pleasant personality.
