Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staffs in a professional manner.
Manage calls, emails, mail, courier, and front-desk activities.
Provide administrative support to multiple departments (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, etc.).
Assist in document preparation, filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and internal communications.
Support procurement of office supplies, liaise with vendors/service providers and maintain inventory.
Handle basic reporting and administrative follow-up for assigned departments.
Perform routine maintenance task to ensure the safety and functionality of the office environment
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Comfortable with performing physical tasks related to facility maintenance.
Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
Higher NITEC/ Diploma/Degree in Management or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in reception or administrative support is an advantage
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
