Job Description
:
- Register patients, make appointments, collect payments and attend to patient queries
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter, dispensary room, treatment zone and common areas
- Dispense medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to TCM physician\'s prescription
- Account for medicine dispensed according to SOP
- Submit weekly and monthly reports as required by HOD
- At least one year experience in a customer service role
- Able to work weekends (5 days work week)
- Willing and able to work on rotating shifts
