We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Therapy Assistant, supporting both administrative functions and patient care. On the job training is possible for the therapy assistant role should there be no prior relevant training.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere
Manage front desk duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries
Assist licensed therapists with preparing treatment rooms and therapy materials
Support clients during therapy sessions, including guiding exercises and maintaining engagement
Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation
Manage billing, insurance paperwork, and payments as needed
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of therapy and reception areas
Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations
Qualifications:
GCE 'O' Level minimum; additional training or certification in healthcare or administration is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a healthcare, therapy, or receptionist role preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Compassionate, professional, and eager to learn
