Attend to telephone enquiries, parents', pupils' and public enquiries
Take and submit report on students' and staff attendance daily
Support the efficient and effective running of the General Office
Receive goods, arranging for storage and informing relevant parties that goods have arrived
General typing, printing and cutting tasks
Any other duties assigned by the reporting officer or school leaders*
Qualifications and Experience:
N level or equivalent
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Proficient in MS Office; microsoft word and excel
Fluent in written and spoken English and another language.
* Relevant work experience in general administration
