Summary:
We're seeking proactive individuals who thrive in dynamic environments. This role involves close client interaction, so strong communication, promptness, and organizational skills are a must. While experience in aviation, hospitality, and customer service is preferred, it's not mandatory. We want someone who is motivated and eager to take on challenges.
Position Details:
Permanent Full-Time position + CPF
5-6 day work week (44 hours)
Required to operate on weekends

Responsibilities
Front Desk duties include but are not limited to;
Managing the reception area by greeting and assisting walk-in customers, as well as checking in clients.
Answering all incoming calls, redirecting them or taking messages as required.
Welcoming clients as they approach the front desk and providing excellent customer service.
Handling booking requests, cancellations, and reconfirmations from clients.
Collecting payments and outstanding fees from clients.
Record sales information include daily sales reckon.
Upload company expenses
Manage MBO (Mindbody) including client profiles, packages and coach schedules.
Reminding clients about package renewals to ensure timely renewals
Liaising with coaches to monitor gym capacity and manage bookings effectively
Liaise with vendors for all gym supplies
Assist and reports on monthly club sales goals
Conduct full inventory management
Ensure facility is kept clean and safe at all times, conduct locker room checks and other actions to ensure a clean gym
Addressing client queries and reporting any issues to the General/Assistant Manager
Completing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the General/Assistant Manager

Salary
- $2000 + CPF - During probation period
- $2200 + CPF - Post Probation
-$2500 + CPF - after 6 months
- $3000 + CPF - after 12 months
