& Requirements
Receptionist duties (80% of the time)
a) Perform customer service duties and man the General Office Counter, attend to external and internal customers, answer phone calls, handling walk-ins to the General Office and attend to deliveries;
b) Assist students who are unwell in the sick bay.
Administrative duties (20% of the time)
c) Perform administrative duties such as verification of documents, maintaining and updating of data records, collation of outgoing mails/deliveries, handling of loss and found logbook and maintaining of office stationery stocks;
d) Sickbay management and safety sickbay incident;
e) Perform filing, organising and archival of files;
f) Other duties as assigned by the School.
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Excel and Words, and be IT savvy;
Knowledge / experience in customer service preferred;
Certified in First Aid is an advantage
