The Opportunity:
1. Receptionist | Japanese Clinic
2. Permanent Role | Salary up to $2600 + AWS
3. Location: Novena
4. 5.5 days work week
Our client specialises in Japanese Medical and Specialists Healthcare, offering General Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatrics, Gynaecology, Endoscopy & Gastrointestinal Surgery, Ophthamology, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Dermatology and Orthopaedics.
The Job:
- Handling phone calls and attending to customer issues
- Making appointments and coordinate appointments
- Sending appointment reminders to patients
- Liaise with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories and radiology for billing
- Minimum Nitec
- No experience required
