4. 5.5 days work week
Adecco is partnering with a client in the Japanese Healthcare industry and we are seeking a talented individual to join their clinic as a Receptionist. Our client specialises in Japanese Medical and Specialists Healthcare, offering General Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatrics, Gynaecology, Endoscopy & Gastrointestinal Surgery, Ophthamology, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Dermatology and Orthopaedics. This role involves managing all patients\' enquiries and assisting them.
The Job:
- Handling phone calls and attending to customer issues
- Making appointments and coordinate appointments
- Sending appointment reminders to patients
- Liaise with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories and radiology for billing
- Minimum Nitec
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, required to speak to Mandarin speaking patients
- Basic understanding of Japanese will be advantageous
- No experience required
