Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm





Our client is a reputable company in the legal industry. They're looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at their firm. You'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors while providing vital administrative support to their legal team.





Key Responsibilities



Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general enquiries. Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room arrangements. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and welcoming. Assist in preparing and organizing documents for meetings. Provide administrative support to lawyers and office staff as required. Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.



Requirements



GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Prior experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant (experience in a legal firm or corporate setting preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, pleasant personality, and service-oriented attitude. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
