Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Industry: Commodities
Transportation provided or state the nearest mrt stations
MNC / SGX Listed Company
- Daily administration of the front desk duties including receiving visitors and attending to incoming calls
- Maintain Company telephone directories and visitor logbook
- Coordinate local and overseas courier services for internal customers
- Handle stationery purchases and filing of documents
- Assist with bulk mailings when required
- Provide support and backup to the administrative team as required
- Day-to-day administrative duties
- Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor
- GCE \'N\'/\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99 Level or NITEC
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Receptionist / Front-Desk Customer Service Officer
- Possess good communication and time management skills
