Manage call-ins / walk-ins enquiries with professionalism
Assist in receiving mails and parcels, handling event / course registration and payment matters
Be the primary point-of-contact for emergencies and other ad-hoc tasks
Ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of the work area
Job Specifications
Qualification: Min. GCE 'O' Level
Year(s) of Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders
Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent telephone etiquettes and customer service skills, Good time management skills, Computer-literate
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work
Able to work on weekend(s) and public holiday(s)
