Job Description

Our client is a global alternative investment firm specializing in credit, distressed debt, real assets, and private equity, with a strong presence in Singapore's financial sector.

  • Must be able to work Mon - Wed on a weekly basis
  • Experience in Receptionist, Concierge or Office Admin is an advantage
  • Communicate well with good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Honest with the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Proficient in computer skills - Microsoft Office, Excel, Emailing, Apps, Communication tools
Detail
  • 8.30am to 5.30pm | Mon - Wed Only
  • $13.60/Hour
  • Nearest MRT: Raffles Place MRT
  • 1-Year Renewable Contract
Job Scope
  • Greet and assist visitors, handle calls, and manage meeting room bookings
  • Serve refreshments during meetings and ensure conference rooms are tidy
  • Maintain pantry supplies, arrange staff breakfasts and lunches
  • Handle mail, courier services, and stationery orders
  • Support basic office maintenance and liaise with vendors or contractors when needed
  • Coordinate visitor access, meeting logistics, and occasional travel or F&B arrangements for guests
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and invoice submission
