Job Description
Job Scope:
Attend to all customer enquiries Provide quality customer service to both walk-in customers and over the phone Maintain close communication with Headquarters for follow-up cases and reporting Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE N Level qualification Candidates with customer service experience will have an advantage Able to work both independently and collaboratively with others
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend (12pm-9pm)
Salary: Up to $2,300
