Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Opening and closing of the store. Attend to front-desk duties including patient registration, payments and appointment booking. Handling of phone call and reply to customer's queries. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store. Good customer service and able to attend to customer. Update and maintain patient files and database. Undertake inventory and stock-taking. Undertake administrative duties and other relevant duties as required for store operations.

Requirements:



Previous experience in a healthcare environment will be advantageous. Able to handle stress and ability to multi-task. Prioritise and manage time effectively. Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with teammates and customers. * Must be able to work on Saturdays.
