We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at AutoSprint Pte Ltd. Located near Redhill MRT, this full-time position is an integral part of our office operations, responsible for providing an exceptional first impression and delivering excellent customer service to our clients.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming and greeting visitors warmly
Handling incoming phone calls and messages
Scheduling and managing appointments and visitors
Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in using standard office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
